(September 5, 2006) The Cody City Council voted unanimously to sponsor a $1.5 million "Business-Ready" grant application to the Wyoming Business Council to add and upgrade water and sewer to the planned North Cody Business Park. The land affected is owned by the Cody Land Development Corporation (CLDC) but will also improve infrastructure along the western end of 2AB as far east as the Celotex wallboard plant.
The project is initially planned in two phases but may include more phases if curb, gutter, storm sewer, road improvements and electrical upgrades are added to the project later.
