Park County Residential and Commercial Values Increase 10.5%

According to an article in the Powell Tribune written by Gib Mathers, Park County Assessor Doug Brandt says residential and commercial properties will increase in value over 2005 by $23.4 million or 10.5%.

This follows a prior year increase of 8%.

Mineral valuation in Park County will increase by an estimated $70 million.
